Questions people ask us

Do I need to replace my ERP?

No. The dashboard uses the data you already have: ERP, spreadsheets and other files. In the diagnostic we check what can be connected.

Is my data safe?

It stays in your company’s Microsoft 365 account and we work with minimum access.

What if my team does not use it?

We start with the questions your team already asks every day, in a small dashboard. Training is included in the first dashboard and we check each stage with you.

Is the price really fixed?

Yes, once agreed in writing. The Diagnostic has a fixed price (€750). For the First dashboard, the price depends on the number of data sources (from €2,900) and is fixed in the proposal before we start. Any change of scope is quoted and agreed in writing before it is done.

Which tools do you use? Do I need licences?

We use Microsoft Power BI and, where it fits, Microsoft Fabric. Licences are not included in our prices: your company pays Microsoft directly, and we check in the diagnostic which ones you need. Estimates under “How to start”.

Do prices include VAT?

Prices shown exclude VAT. VAT at the legal rate (23%) is added.

Do you work on site?

Yes, in Northern Portugal from Braga, and also remotely. Travel within the Norte region is free; outside it, travel is quoted separately.
